Snake River Oil and Gas, LLC filed a notice of withdrawal of application for Docket No. CC-2022-OGR-01-001 on August 25, 2022. On August 30, 2022, the Oil and Gas Division Administrator sent out an order vacating the September 8, 2022 hearing and the application was dismissed.
