At the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission special meeting on February 18, 2020, the OGCC adopted the IDAPA 20.07.02 rules as temporary to be effective upon adjournment sine die of the 2020 legislative session in the event the Legislature did not approve the rules. The Legislature did not approve the pending rules, and the temporary rules became effective March 20, 2020. See the Docket No. 20-0000-2000F Rulemaking page for more information.
