Hearing: The in-person evidentiary hearing in this matter is scheduled on August 28, 2025, and will be held at the College of Western Idaho’s Nampa Micron Education Center, Room 139A, located at 5725 E. Franklin Road, Nampa, ID 83687. The evidentiary portion of the hearing will commence at 1:30 p.m. Mountain Time and conclude at 5:00 p.m. The hearing will be open for public comment beginning at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time and will conclude no later than 7:00 p.m.
